Back in 2005, I founded Outta Limits Recordings in Miami. It was born from a single, clear idea: to create a space where music could express itself freely—without genre borders or formulaic limitations. Six years later, in 2011, I asked my good friend Matan Caspi to join me as a partner. Together, we’ve shaped the label into a global platform for heartfelt electronic music.

Today, Outta Limits hosts an ever-growing catalog—over 500 releases, songs—available on Beatport, iTunes, Juno, Traxsource, Spotify, YouTube, and more. Curating with Heart

Curating music for the label has taught me a powerful lesson: when a track truly carries emotion and authenticity, it resonates—no matter where in the world it lands. Even the most niche release can unexpectedly connect with listeners across continents. That’s what fuels our curation process: not chasing trends, but honoring heartfelt expression.

The Creative Spark Behind Sacred Shasta

One of my more recent releases, “Sacred Shasta”, was sparked by a personal and spiritual experience visiting Mount Shasta. That mountain carries a mystical vibration-it feels alive. I wanted to translate that reverence into music. The haunting melodies were my way of inviting listeners into that sacred, timeless atmosphere.

Blending Organic and Electronic

When I craft tracks like Sacred Shasta, I aim to fuse the rawness of nature with electronic soundscapes. I layer hand drums and shakers over synthetic percussive elements, incorporating ambient field recordings—like wind or subtle organic textures—processed with reverb and delay so they feel woven into the track, not pasted on.

My goal has always been to build music that grounds you and simultaneously lifts you. With tribal rhythms, I connect listeners to something primal and earthy; with spiritual layers, I introduce a sense of expansion and transcendence. Together, they create journeys—moments that move the body and touch the soul.

Essential Tools That Shape My Sound

In the studio, a couple of tools are absolutely indispensable to my creative process: U-he Diva and the Moog SUB 37. These instruments have become essential to sculpting those rich, emotive synth textures that are key to my signature sound.
