General License Agreement

This license applies to all products by Outta Limits Productions Inc. USA (“Licensor”).

The included sounds (“Sounds”) remain the exclusive property of Outta Limits Productions Inc. USA and are licensed—not sold—to you, the original end user (“Licensee”), under the terms outlined below. All rights not specifically granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.

Permitted Use

The Licensee may use the Sounds in combination with other audio elements for the creation of original musical works, including but not limited to:

• Music productions and compositions

• Soundtracks for film, television, radio, commercials, video, and multimedia

• Computer games and interactive media

• Public performances and other legitimate musical purposes

• ​

The Licensee may edit, modify, and incorporate the Sounds into musical compositions for commercial release or distribution as part of a complete, mixed composition.

Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Use the Sounds in isolation as sound effects, loops, or sample content for any competitive product

• Resell, relicense, or distribute the Sounds—either in their original form or as modified versions

• Upload, share, or make the Sounds available for download by others

• Transfer, lend, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise convey the Sounds or this license to any third party

The right to use the Sounds is granted solely to the original Licensee and is strictly non-transferable.

The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the Sounds for any specific purpose. The Licensee assumes full responsibility for ensuring the Sounds meet their intended use.
